Candidates vie for newly formed District 4 commissioner seat in county general election

Republican incumbent Brandon Morrison and Democrat Britney Chauncey will encounter off in the normal election for District 4 County Commissioner on August 4.

The recently created District 4 consists of sections of East Memphis and Germantown.
