A woman accused of operating a residential contractor rip-off in Franklin County has been arrested, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Place of work.
Maritza Caban, 41, of Lancaster, would allegedly act as a dwelling improvement contractor and fall short to entire assignments soon after by now accepting payment. The sheriff’s workplace said Caban scammed another person in Franklin County out of $120,000.
Caban was working less than the name of CTC Development or less than her identify as a contractor. The sheriff’s office inspired persons to get in touch with investigators at 502-875-8740 if they consider they are a sufferer of the rip-off.
According to courtroom information, Caban was indicted on June 14 for the offense of theft by illegal getting more than $10,000 but significantly less than $1 million. She arrested six times later. She’s being held at the Franklin County Detention Center on a $20,000, according to court documents.
