HELSINKI, July 15 (Reuters) – Swedish lock maker Assa Abloy ASSAb.ST on Friday said its planned acquisition U.S.-centered Spectrum Brands’ dwelling enhancement division could be delayed to 2023 due to regulatory issues, as a substitute of currently being completed during this year.
The extended regulatory process experienced now postponed the deal in December previous year.
The acquisition was introduced past calendar year when Assa, the world’s most important lockmaker, claimed it would pay out $4.3 billion for the company.
